When you  contract with Yankee Fiberglass Pools, full installation includes the following:

• Normal Site Preparation – Normal being defined as 14′ width access to site and a relatively flat backyard. If your yards is sloped or there are ledge issues, we can of course take care of that for you, but there will be an extra fee.
• Excavation – Our excavator will dig the hole to the precise measurements required. Because we use an excavator to also place the pool, there is no savings if you choose to dig the hole yourself.
• Installation of the pool into the prepared hole.
• Hole Preparation
• Swimming Pool in your choice of color or finish.
• The materials required to install (40 cubic yards of sand)
• Transportation permits to your site
• Basic Pool Equipment: Hayward Pump, Cartridge Filter, inline chlorinator, manual cleaning kit
• Skimmer, 2 Main Drains, and 3 returns
• Rigid PVC pipe and fittings
• Utility trenches: Propane trench up to 10 feet; Electrical trench up to 40 feet
• Trench backfilling after inspections
• Grading of site/clean up
• 2′ concrete anchor around pool
• Installation of ground water sump pit
• Pad for pump & filter
• Complimentary closing & opening of pool for one full season
• 4′ high temporary fence
• Plans, manuals for all equipment (given during equipment lesson)
• Basic equipment lesson (done when final payment is received)

What’s Not Included

Utility connections – a licensed electrician to make the necessary power connections and a gas plumber if adding a heater

Finish patio unless contracted for. The concrete we pour is meant to anchor the pool into the location. We can provide a finish patio at $8 per square foot.

Crane (if required) to haul pool over the house. We only need at minimum 12′ to access the backyard.

Building permits – we will apply for the permit, but ask our clients to pay and pick up when ready.

Permanent fence – Contact our sister company, Townsend Fence for your fencing needs.

Water – We need one tanker load of water to fill your pool
