Things to Consider When Planning Your Swimming Pool Project:
  1. Water table in the pool site area.
With a fiberglass swimming pool, a high water table is easily addressed during installation.

  2. Building codes and lot line set-backs.
We are familar with all the requirements in MA, RI, NH & CT. Any questions, just call us.

  3. Location of septic tank, field lines, old cisterns etc.
Your plot plan will give us this information.

  4. Accessiblity to your backyard - Make sure equipment can access your pool site.
Limited access is no problem for us as we have a crane that can haul your pool over your house.

  5. In picking the location for your pool keep it close to the room you will most likely use for access to the pool area.
Our sales team and construction manager will go over the exact placement with you to meet your needs and wants.

  6. Maintenance will require less effort if pool is away from trees and bathers will enjoy the afternoon sun without having to keep moving their loungers.

  7. Keep in mind where surface water will go when there is a heavy rain. It must be able to drain away from the pool into an area.

  8. The next step is to choose a shape and size pool that suits your family's needs.

  9. The last step is to prepare your budget. Click here for a printable worksheet to help you in this process.
