Installing a fiberglass pool requires precise excavation. Our instruction
guide provides complete details including elevations, equipment required
and all the necessary information.This is more than a simple DIY project.
BUT YOU CAN DO THIS! After all, our pools that have been featured on Extreme
Makeover Home Edition are done in ONE day.
We provide an installation guide with a dig sheet and complete instructions.
As plumbing can be tricky, you may want to consult a plumber. Also, we suggest
you hire an excavation company to dig the hole; the less earth disturbed,
the better. Setting the pool is critical and once it is level, everything
else comes together: Plumbing, utilities, finish work.
Your pool will be shipped to your site and as this is an over-sized load
requiring highway permits, we must deliver it. Shipping charges start at
$3,000.
For clients on Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket we also suggest DIY. There
are excellent contractors on both islands who can install our pools and
having delivered several swimming pools to both islands, we are experienced
in working with the ferry and transportation companies.
